The first card is in planning
It mails once the categories are spoken for, and we confirm the mail date and your artwork date with you before anything prints. Categories are taken in the order they sell, and once one is gone it's gone for that issue.
Only one of you
One plumber, one dentist, one roofer per card. Your closest competitor cannot buy the slot next to yours, because there is no slot next to yours.
We design the ad
Send a logo, an offer and a photo. We lay it out, you approve a proof, and nothing prints until you have seen it.
Whole routes, not a list
USPS Every Door Direct Mail buys carrier routes — every deliverable address on the routes in the drop, not names rented from a database.
A listing that outlives the card
Your ad gets a page in the directory with a tracked link. The card sits on a fridge for a month; the listing keeps working.

Proposed rate card
$249
proposed business-card ad price, including design, printing and postage
Prices shown are for the 5,000-home planning target. A different mailing size needs a confirmed quote; do not assume a proportional price.
Five sizes. Everything below is included at every one of them; the only thing that changes is how much of the card is yours — up to the whole back of it.
- Ad design and layout, with a proof to approve
- Printing on a 9×12 card, both sides in full colour
- Postage and the USPS paperwork
- A directory listing with a tracked link
- Your offer on the deals page for as long as it runs
Proposed packages have no setup fee or multi-issue commitment. Final package and cancellation terms are confirmed before booking.
The full side is the back of the card only, one per issue. The front carries the postal indicia and address block the Postal Service requires, so it is never for sale. A sold back keeps a slim Spotlight credit along its bottom edge.
| Size | Price |

| Business cardHalf a slot. The entry price, and the size most first-timers buy.2.84 × 1.75 in · 1/16 page | $249 |
| Full slotThe standard ad. Room for a photo, an offer and a coupon.2.84 × 3.58 in · 1/8 page | $399 |
| DoubleTwo slots side by side — the widest ad that still sits in the grid.5.77 × 3.58 in · 1/4 page | $599 |
| Full rowA whole row, edge to edge. One per side, and the anchor position.11.63 × 3.58 in · 1/2 page | $899 |
| Full sideThe whole back of the card, yours alone. Back side only — the front carries the postal indicia USPS requires.11.63 × 8.20 in · One full side | $1,995 |
One business per category applies at every size — a business-card ad holds the category just as firmly as a full row does. Sizes are subject to what is still unsold on the card when you claim it, and the measurements above are close but not the artwork spec: you get exact dimensions with your proof, and we lay the ad out either way.
The full side is the back of the card only, one per issue. The front carries the postal indicia and the address block the Postal Service requires, so it is never for sale — and a sold back still carries a slim Spotlight credit line along its bottom edge.

Tell us which category is yours.
Online inquiries are not open yet. Review the planned options below or call the publisher to discuss this edition.
- 1
We check the category
One business per category per card, so the first thing we do is confirm yours is actually free on the next issue.
- 2
You get a price and a proof
The prices shown are proposed. The mailing footprint, package and timing need confirmation before a booking or proof.
- 3
Nothing prints until you say so
We confirm the price, proof, delivery plan and cancellation terms with you before accepting a booking. An inquiry does not commit either party to a print run.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
What does it cost?
Proposed pricing for the 5,000-home target; the footprint and final package must be approved before booking. Ads start at $249 for a business-card size, with design, printing and postage included. Confirm your chosen size, category and total price with the publisher before booking.
What does "one business per category" mean?
One participating business per category on each card. An inquiry does not hold a category; availability and the scope of exclusivity must be confirmed with the publisher, especially where editions overlap.
Who actually receives it?
Mailing target under review: 5,000 homes. Selected carrier routes are not yet approved. ZIPs 78739 are research anchors, not whole-ZIP delivery or giveaway eligibility. The final count may differ; any expanded coverage must be named and approved.
Do I have to design an ad?
No. Send your logo, your offer and a photo or two and we lay the ad out for you. You approve a proof before anything prints. If you would rather supply finished artwork, that is fine too.
How do I know if it worked?
The planned launch setup uses approved offers, edition-specific QR source tags and an optional giveaway interest question. Measurement and reporting are configured before launch; this preview does not run analytics or accept entries.
When is the deadline?
Issue dates and artwork deadlines are confirmed before booking and printing. Consult the issue details on this page or contact the publisher; dates are not commitments until the mailing is confirmed.
Do I have to commit to a year?
The proposed package allows a single issue without a multi-issue commitment. Confirm the final package and cancellation terms before booking. No advertising result is guaranteed.
